Sixth Gen Roofing Credo
Simple. Not Easy.At Sixth Gen Roofing, our mission, values, and credo aren’t just words on a page, they guide how we serve our neighbors in Georgetown, Austin, Round Rock, and across Central Texas. Homeowners trust us for roof repairs, replacements, and insurance claim support because we bring six generations of craftsmanship and integrity to every project.
Death Before Honor.
You can't surge trust.
We all have our frog floats.
Be humble in your demeanor and your expectations. Accept the fact that you will be asked to do jobs that are beneath your status. Do them to the best of your ability.
The only easy day was yesterday.
You must bring energy and enthusiasm every single day. You are not entitled to anything but more hard work. Attack each day as though it were critical to the organization's success.
Sua Ponte "Of your own accord."
We are people of action, we all take the initiative and fix problems that need addressing. "It needed to be done, no one was doing it so I did it."
Who dares wins.
Seek opportunities to take risks. Don't let a single failure define you.
Hope is not a strategy.
Have a vision that says what you are going to do. Make a plan that is bold and inspiring.
No plans survive first contact with the enemy.
Always consider the worst-case scenario and plan accordingly. Plan for both the expected and the unexpected.
It pays to be a winner.
We have a winning culture because we set and meet high standards. We love a challenge. We reward winners.
Sixth Gen Roofing Mission and Values directly shape the services we provide. Whether it’s guiding you through an insurance claim, repairing hail damage, or installing a durable metal roof, our team follows the same principles of honesty, accountability, and attention to detail that have defined the Herrington family for generations.
